COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook from frozen or thawed. For best results, prepare product from thawed state. Remove all packaging. Grease or spray the grilling. Season as desired. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, to an internal temperature of 145°F. pan, or aluminum foil if Bake (preheat oven to 425°F) Broil (HIGH heat) Frozen: 15-17 minutes Thawed: 9-11 minutes Thawed: 6-8 minutes (depending on thickness) Pan Fry (MEDIUM heat 2 TBSP oil) Thawed: 3-4 minutes/side Frozen: Not recommended
THAWING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove all plastic packaging before thawing. For best results, thaw cod in a covered pan in the refrigerator. The fish should thaw in 4 to 6 hours For quicker thawing, place in a reclosable bag and submerge in a pan of cold water (usually 15 to 20 minutes). Do not thaw fish at room temperature. Rinse before use.
